ABOUT THE ROLE An exciting opportunity has become available for a Junior Project Manager to join the Sydney team.
This role is ideally suited to an experienced Assistant Project Manager ready to step up , or a recently appointed Project Manager looking to accelerate their career within a respected client-side consultancy.
Working alongside experienced Directors and Senior Project Managers, you'll play a key role in delivering residential apartment developments and retirement living projects across Sydney.
You'll gain exposure to every stage of the project lifecycle while building strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.
RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the delivery of residential and retirement living developments from planning through to completion.
Support Project Managers in managing project programmes, budgets and key deliverables.
Coordinate consultants, contractors and approval authorities.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and contribute to successful project outcomes.
Prepare reports, meeting minutes and project documentation.
Assist with procurement,
tendering and contract administration activities.
Build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
SKILLS EXPERIENCE Degree qualified in Project Management, Construction Management, Property, Architecture, Engineering or a related discipline.
2-5 years' experience within a client-side project management consultancy, developer or consultancy environment.
Exposure to residential, apartment, retirement living or mixed-use developments is highly regarded.
Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ambitious, proactive and keen to develop within a leading consultancy.
