Duties Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary team Strengthen commercial performance across Council's portfolio Identify opportunities to improve systems and service delivery Drive business development and new funding opportunities Provide commercial insights that inform Executive decisions Skills Experience Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce or Management (or equivalent leadership experience) Demonstrated leadership of commercial, contracts or business service functions Strong financial management, budgeting and reporting skills Experience leading multidisciplinary teams Current C Class driver's licence Perks Perks You'll receive a competitive salary commencing from $137,917 PLUS 12% Super, together with: Relocation Assistance for the right candidate Annual Salary Progression in accordance with the Enterprise Agreement Employer-Provided,
