Swim Centre Manager Findon Swim School Pty Ltd 322 Grange Road, Kidman Park, SA **** Management (Sport Recreation) Full time Salary range: $75,000 – $85,000 About the Role Findon Swim School Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Swim Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our aquatic facility.
This is a full-time leadership role responsible for ensuring high standards of safety, customer service, staff performance, and facility management.
Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily operations of the swim centre, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards * Manage, supervise, and roster staff including swim teachers, lifeguards, and reception personnel * Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and aquatic industry regulations * Monitor pool plant operations, water quality, and maintenance schedules * Develop and implement swim programs and community engagement initiatives * Manage budgets, financial reporting,



and cost control * Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally * Drive membership growth and promote centre services * Ensure workplace health and safety (WHS) compliance across all operations Skills and Experience * At least 3 years' experience in a similar management role within an aquatic, leisure, or recreation facility * Relevant qualification in Sport Recreation Management, Business Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) * Strong leadership and team management skills * Demonstrated experience in staff supervision and operational management * Sound knowledge of pool plant operations and aquatic safety standards * Current First Aid, CPR, and Pool Lifeguard certification (or ability to obtain) * Excellent communication and customer service skills
