Exercise Physiologist (Accredited) – Private Practice Part-Time with a Pathway to Full-Time (within 6–12 Months) Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 + Super (depending on experience) Sydney Physios Allied Health Services is looking for a passionate and motivated Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) to join our growing multidisciplinary team.
This position is ideal for either a new graduate looking to launch their career in private practice or an experienced Exercise Physiologist seeking a supportive team and long-term career progression.
The role will commence on a part-time basis (2–3 days per week), with a genuine and realistic opportunity to build to full-time hours within 6–12 months as your caseload grows.
About Us Sydney Physios Allied Health Services is a well-established multidisciplinary private practice that has been serving the Western Sydney community for over 20 years.
Our team includes Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Dietitians, Podiatrists, Massage Therapists and Acupuncturists.

About the Role You will manage a varied and rewarding caseload including: Musculoskeletal injuries WorkCover and CTP rehabilitation Medicare EPC patients Private patients NDIS participants Chronic disease management Strength and conditioning Return-to-work rehabilitation Clinical exercise prescription and gym-based rehabilitation You'll work closely with our experienced multidisciplinary team and have access to an established referral network to help you build a successful caseload.
What We Offer Salary $75,000–$95,000 + Super ,
depending on experience Genuine pathway from part-time to full-time within 6–12 months Strong GP referral network and established patient base Weekly 1-hour one-on-one professional development session with a Senior Exercise Physiologist Ongoing mentoring and clinical support Structured onboarding program Modern clinic with fully equipped rehabilitation gym Administrative support so you can focus on patient care Versatile working arrangements Supportive multidisciplinary team environment Career progression opportunities as the practice continues to grow About You You will have: ESSA Accreditation as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) Current First Aid and CPR Certificate Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) National Police Check Current Australian Driver's Licence Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A positive attitude and willingness to learn A genuine passion for helping people achieve their health goals New graduates are encouraged to apply.
