About the job Company Description Swell Physiotherapy and Pilates specializes in helping people with pain and injuries return to the activities they love.
The clinic focuses on long-term improvement through extended consultations that allow for a thorough understanding of each person's condition and goals.
Using whole-body assessment approaches such as ConnectTherapy, the team identifies underlying causes of pain rather than treating symptoms alone.

Clients receive continued support through tailored home exercise programs and between-session contact to promote consistent progress.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Cronulla, NSW.
The Physiotherapist will conduct comprehensive assessments, including whole-body and ConnectTherapy-based evaluations, to diagnose and understand pain and movement issues.
Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and delivering individualized treatment plans that integrate hands-on physiotherapy, clinical Pilates, and exercise-based rehabilitation.
The role involves leading one-on-one and small group clinical Pilates sessions, educating clients on self-management strategies, and creating home exercise programs to support long-term outcomes.
The Physiotherapist will also maintain accurate clinical documentation, collaborate with colleagues to optimize care, and contribute to a supportive, client-centered clinic setting.
Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration (or eligibility for registration) with the appropriate physiotherapy regulatory body.
Demonstrated skills in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, including comprehensive assessment, hands-on treatment, and exercise prescription.
Experience or strong interest in clinical Pilates and movement-based rehabilitation, with the ability to safely guide clients through tailored programs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, explain treatment plans clearly, and motivate clients toward long-term recovery.
Ability to manage a clinical caseload, maintain accurate records, and work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice, including openness to approaches such as ConnectTherapy and whole-body assessment.
Previous experience in private practice or rehabilitation settings is beneficial; mentoring or supervision experience is an advantage but not required.
