Darlot Site Overview With over a century of mining history, Darlot is a cornerstone operation of Vault Minerals Limited producing high-grade gold production.
The Darlot mine is located about 900 km northeast of Perth and 121 km north of Leonora, in the Goldfields Region of Western Australia.
The Grader Operator is responsible for providing a quality and timely grading and watering service in the underground mine environment.
The purpose of the role is to maintain safe and efficient underground road conditions to support operational targets.

This position will be offered on an 14 :14 FIFO roster from Perth An hour flight time from Perth to Leonora and Virgin Velocity Frequent flyer points Competitive Salary on a fortnightly pay cycle Referral program allowing you to earn up to $6,000 for referring new employees Career development opportunities and great company culture Paid parental leave Key responsibilities of this role will include: Grade and water underground roadways to maintain secure operating conditions for trucks and mobile equipment.
Assist the mining team by ensuring development and production areas are appropriately graded and watered.
Ensure grader and water cart are maintained in clean and serviceable condition.
Perform basic maintenance and preventative inspections to identify defects early.
Operate grader/water cart to specified plans and instructions provided by the Supervisor.
Communicate activities clearly over two-way radios to maintain safe operations.
Assist with the clean-up of spillages and grading of uneven surfaces into safe areas.
