and/or hold a relevant qualification in Aged Care/Disability/Home and Community Care Can commit to a minimum of 6-hour shifts between 7am and 6pm Are available across at least 3-4 weekdays (with some weekend opportunities available) Are passionate about supporting older Australians in their homes The Difference You'll Make As a Home Care Worker, you'll support older Australians to remain living independently and comfortably in their own homes.
Your day may include: Personal care including showering, grooming, dressing and mobility support Medication assistance (where applicable) Meal preparation and light household tasks Laundry and cleaning support Social support, companionship and community engagement Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing Every visit is an opportunity to make a genuine difference in someone's life.
