YOUR ROLE As the 2IC (2nd in charge) Senior Lawyer reporting to the Managing Partner [an outstanding ex-top tier lawyer), you will relish advising on a diverse multitude of intellectually stimulating+ interesting corporate/commercial legal issues .
Core areas include: Corporate- mergers+ acquisitions, shareholder disputes, divestments, capital raisings, takeovers,



director/shareholder disputes; Commercial transactions - huge variety including sale purchase of business/assets, leases, intellectual property, employment, trade practices, banking/finance.
