Playing a critical role for this mid sized well-established, multi-site professional services group you'll oscillate from driving and building their AI future, to providing 1-3 level technical support, managing partners and leading a small team.
The environment is hands-on.
You'll be deep in the stack daily — administering Microsoft 365, managing identity and access, overseeing device management, and working through a defined programme of infrastructure and security improvements.
The organisation is values-led with a skilled culture, and the role reports directly to the Group Director.

Microsoft 365, Copilot, Slack, Zoom - ITSM: Atlassian JSM, Confluence - Security: ESET MDR, Datadog SIEM - Networking: Cisco Meraki, Private Fibre - Device management: Apple ecosystem, Mosyle to Jamf (migration in progress) WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - Administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure across a multi-site environment - Building and maintaining access management, provisioning workflows, and group structures - Managing the Atlassian JSM environment — service desk, asset tracking, documentation - Leading the MDM migration from Mosyle to Jamf - Monitoring and maintaining security posture via Datadog SIEM and ESET MDR - Implementing ITIL service management processes from the ground up - Day-to-day BAU support and incident resolution across all sites - Managing the MSP relationship and coordinating vendors - Supporting mobile provider and video conferencing infrastructure upgrades WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - A genuine interest for AI and Automation and how it can shape organisations - Solid Microsoft 365 administration — Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint - Azure cloud infrastructure experience - Apple MDM — Jamf or equivalent - Security fundamentals — endpoint protection, SIEM, MDR - Networking basics — Cisco Meraki or similar - Atlassian JSM and Confluence - ITIL or equivalent service management background (or solid working knowledge) - Experience working alongside or managing an MSP — desirable but not essential - Comfortable with approximately one week per month travel to regional Victoria
