Description Day One ELC is seeking Certificate III quallified/ studying educators to join our wonderful team.
The role The successful candidate will be actively engaged in educating and caring for children under 5 years of age and effectively communicating with children, your team and families.
We are seeking educators with a strong passion for the Early Childhood industry.
Selection Criteria You must hold: Certificate 3 qualification in children services Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates Current Blue Card experience working in a long day care centre or similar Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS Prior experience and confidence with a classroom setting and helping write educational programs Strong leadership skills and an ability to confidently guide and mentor your peers Confidence in building robust relationships and partnerships with children and families Ability to Implement stimulating programs,
