Who You Are We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Child Care Worker to join our team.
Responsibilities Supervise and care for children in a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment.
Plan and assist in delivering age-appropriate educational and recreational activities that promote children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Support children with daily routines, including meals, personal hygiene, dressing, toileting, and rest periods.
Observe children's behaviour and development, maintaining accurate records and communicating progress with families and colleagues.
Foster positive behaviour, independence, confidence, and social skills through engaging interactions and activities.




Prepare and serve meals and snacks while ensuring dietary and allergy requirements are followed.
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organised learning workplace, including sanitising toys, equipment, and activity areas.
Ensure compliance with workplace policies, child protection requirements, health and safety standards, and the National Quality Framework.
Respond appropriately to incidents, accidents, and emergencies, administering first aid where required.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, guardians, and fellow educators.
Assist with maintaining attendance records, incident reports, developmental observations, and other required documentation.
Contribute to a collaborative team culture focused on providing high-quality early childhood education and care.
