WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: are an Australian qualified lawyer with minimum 3 (or more 20+ years experience) with leading law firms/in-house in EITHER:
1) construction/infrastructure/major projects litigation (and preferably also some advisory/transactional experience) OR
2) general litigation/dispute resolution (but not specifically in construction law) ; have a keen genuine interest in a predominantly litigation focused role/career specifically in the construction/infrastructure/major projects niche ; have strong technical legal/analytical/problem-solving+ negotiation/advocacy sklils; thrive in a transparent highly team focused interactive+ collaborative culture where you actually get recognized+ rewarded handsomely for your positive output/achievements; have engaged in some business development in your legal career and preferably have some client following (but not essential); are ambitious+results-driven+ hungry to advance your career long-term with a rare employer who is as seriously committed to your success as much as you are.
