As Community Manager, you'll oversee every aspect of the space, ensuring members receive an outstanding experience while leading the team and keeping daily operations running seamlessly.
About the role: Reporting Directly to the Owners of this business , you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the coworking space, leading the front-of-house team while balancing community engagement, facilities, commercial operations and member satisfaction.
Key responsibilities Lead and develop the front-of-house team to deliver a consistently exceptional member experience Build lasting relationships with members, responding to enquiries and anticipating their business needs Oversee facilities, maintenance, contractors and compliance to maintain the presentation and functionality of the workspace Manage leasing administration, renewals, rent reviews, arrears and office move coordination Prepare operational reports,
