About the Role Step into a Project Engineer role with a direct pathway to Project Management.
You'll lead project engineering activities across major civil infrastructure projects, working closely with a collaborative, high-performing team across Greater Brisbane.
Duties Lead end-to-end site engineering to deliver civil projects safely and on time Coordinate subcontractors, resources, and short-term programming Manage design interpretation and resolve technical issues on site Oversee QA, compliance,



and site documentation Mentor junior engineers and manage client/stakeholder relationships Skills Experience Proven experience as a Project or Senior Site Engineer in civil construction Delivered major civil projects - roads, subdivisions, earthworks, drainage Strong technical capability with QA, safety, and commercial awareness Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or related discipline Confident communicator with clients, consultants, and site teams Culture People enjoy working here because of the genuine investment in their growth, a team-first culture, and the calibre of projects on offer - all close to home in SEQ.
