YOUR NEW ROLE As a key lawyer reporting to a top calibre Accredited Specialist Partner, you will relish the challenge+autonomy+ satisfaction of obtaining justice for your clients in respect of their medical negligence claims.
You will have full-spectrum carriage of your own files- obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, legal research, providing technical legal advice, liaising with third parties, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.
If you desire a HYBRID role, scope to practice in another area of personal injury law eg public liability (subject to your experience).

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: are an admitted solicitor in VIC (or eligible to be) + have minimum 3-20+ YEARS post-admission personal injury law experience including minimum 3 years plu s in medical negligence (essential); have strong legal technical knowledge +drafting advocacy skills, are client-centric and results- driven ; are ambitious +commercially astute; have proven ability to work well in a vibrant, fast-paced environment; are hungry to fulfil your potential to the MAX + accelerate your career with a leading plaintiff firm long-term.
