This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in driving successful project outcomes while enhancing operational efficiency and organisational capability.
The Role As the Project Support Officer, you'll provide high-quality project coordination and administrative support to ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives.
Working closely with the Project Manager and stakeholders across the organisation, you'll help maintain effective project governance, monitor budget and financial tracking as well as support project delivery from planning through to completion.
Key Responsibilities Support project governance by maintaining project structures, processes, and documentation.
Monitor project resources, budgets, and financial tracking Coordinate project planning activities, schedules, milestones,



and deliverables.
Produce project reports, status updates, and communications for stakeholders.
Support the Project Manager with meeting coordination, agendas, minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
Maintain and update project risk, issue, decision, and action registers.
Manage and organise project documentation, including SharePoint and other document repositories.
About You To be successful, you'll be a highly organised, proactive professional with experience supporting the delivery of projects in a structured environment.
You'll have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
