What You'll Be Doing Lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail team Drive sales, customer experience and commercial performance Oversee day-to-day store operations and compliance Manage rosters, labour efficiency and store budgets Support your team through coaching, feedback and development Partner with Optometrists to deliver exceptional patient care Create a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture About You You'll bring: Previous leadership experience as a Store Manager,



Assistant Store Manager or similar retail leadership role Experience coaching and developing team members to achieve results Confidence managing or contributing to store performance, labour planning and rostering A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills A positive attitude and genuine desire to develop others Optical experience is welcomed but not essential.
