What You'll Be Doing Every day will be different as you work with customers, project teams, and suppliers to deliver high-quality commercial solutions.
You'll: ✅ Meet with clients to understand project requirements and scope ✅ Prepare accurate, competitive estimates and qualified proposals ✅ Develop Bills of Materials (BOMs) and coordinate project materials ✅ Interpret engineering and construction drawings ✅ Conduct site measurements and prepare scope mark-ups ✅ Follow up quotations and convert opportunities into successful projects ✅ Manage and maintain your sales pipeline using CRM ✅ Collaborate with Project Managers, Coordinators, Subcontractors, and the Philippines support team ✅ Build long-term relationships with clients and suppliers You'll Work Across Exciting Projects Including: • Automated and manual gate systems • Cantilever, sliding, hinged,



telescopic and overhead gates • Chainwire gates and fencing systems • Architectural metalwork and handrails • Access control and gate operating systems No two projects are the same, giving you plenty of variety and technical challenges.
