A well-established development group is looking for a senior architect ready to transition into a Design Manager position, overseeing aged care developments across Victoria.
Collaborating with leading external architectural practices and a highly experienced internal team, this opportunity offers the chance to shape projects from early concept design through to delivery within a collaborative and design-led workplace.
Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate architectural design outcomes across multiple aged care developments Collaborate with external architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders throughout all project phases Drive design quality, compliance, and project efficiency from planning through documentation Facilitate communication between development, interiors, and consultant teams to ensure seamless delivery Review drawings, design documentation, and consultant outputs to maintain project standards Skills Experience Approx.
