For Senior Consultant / Subject Matter Expert or Principal Consultant / Specialist Advisor to support the development of vital workplace frameworks for a progressive organisation dedicated to transforming workplace relations.
Requires: Extensive experience in workplace relations, WHS, or employment law, coupled with proven expertise in policy development and stakeholder collaboration.
Salary guide: $70,000 to $110,000 based on hours worked and experience.
Location: Sydney.
Your normal day will involve: Supporting the development of the 'Fair, Safe Respectful Framework' and related resources.
Collaborating with Creative Workplaces to enhance the framework and related materials.
Creating workplace policies, learning resources for workshops, and ensuring compliance with legal standards.
Conducting continuous stakeholder consultations to refine the framework.
Delivering user-friendly and effective resources to improve workplace relations practices.
