Due to ongoing business growth and increasing client demand, the business requires a skilled and experienced ICT Business Analyst (Functional Consultant) to support implementation projects, analyse business requirements, and deliver tailored Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to clients.
The Role We are seeking a skilled and experienced ICT Business Analyst (Functional Consultant) to join our team on a full-time basis.
This role is responsible for analysing client business requirements, configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, supporting implementation projects, and ensuring successful delivery of business software solutions.
The position plays an important role in supporting client operations, improving business processes, and ensuring efficient implementation of enterprise software systems.
Key Duties Responsibilities The ICT Business Analyst (Functional Consultant) will be responsible for the following core duties: Working with clients and stakeholders to identify, analyse, and document business processes, operational requirements, and system objectives Investigating and evaluating current business systems and recommending improvements, enhancements, and technology-based solutions Analysing business processes, procedures, and workflows to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and system optimisation Gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions Preparing business requirement specifications, workflow diagrams, process maps, reports, and functional documentation Configuring and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Operations and CRM systems in accordance with client requirements Liaising with software developers, technical consultants,



and project stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements Assisting with software testing, user acceptance testing, implementation, deployment, and post-implementation support activities Supporting data migration, system integration, and change management processes during project implementation Conducting user training, system demonstrations, and providing ongoing functional support to end-users Monitoring system performance and identifying areas requiring modification, enhancement, or process improvement Assisting with project coordination to ensure software solutions are delivered within agreed business and operational requirements Preparing technical reports, training materials, user manuals, and system documentation as required Maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders to support successful project delivery and customer satisfaction Essential Skills Experience To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements: Relevant bachelor qualification in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as an ICT Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar occupation Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Operations and/or CRM systems Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, business process mapping, systems analysis, workflow documentation, and software implementation processes Ability to gather and interpret business requirements and translate them into functional solutions Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively within a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously What We Offer Competitive salary package AUD $95,000 – $105,000 per annum based on skills and experience Secure, long-term full-time employment Opportunity to work with an experienced Microsoft Dynamics consultancy team Qualified and supportive working environment Career growth and development opportunities within a growing technology business Pay: $95,****** – $105,****** per year Work Location: In person
