Enhance client relationships through telephone and face-to-face interactions.
Source passive candidates through headhunting techniques.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of your market and sector, addressing recruitment needs as they arise.
Maintain and grow candidate relationships in a competitive marketplace.
Conduct candidate interviews and match them to current roles.
About You Must have at least 18 months full 360 agency recruitment experience and be based in or around the Brighton area.
Ideally,



you will have a background in Accountancy Finance recruitment or Professional Services.
Other sector experience will also be considered.
A determination to provide a quality service to clients and candidates.
