We're seeking an experienced Site Manager to take full ownership of a residential lifestyle development in Bairnsdale (Eagle Point).
You'll be responsible for delivering residential elements of this land mark project which includes 200 + units Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations from start to completion Drive construction program and coordinate trades effectively Maintain strong OH S standards, site compliance, and documentation Deliver high-quality builds in line with drawings, NCC, and specifications Monitor costs, variations, and subcontractor performance Maintain explicit communication with stakeholders and customers About You Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction (Volume building experience preferred)
