This is a varied role where you'll coordinate sales campaigns, manage daily operations and help ensure every client receives an exceptional experience from listing through to settlement.

You'll be responsible for keeping campaigns on track, managing competing priorities and ensuring every stage of the sales process runs smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include: Managing the Director's diary, appointments and daily schedule Coordinating property appraisals, listing appointments, open homes and private inspections Managing emails, phone calls and client correspondence Acting as a key point of contact for buyers,
sellers and external stakeholders Coordinating new property listings from appointment through to launch Organising photography, floorplans, signage, marketing material and online advertising Preparing listing documentation, contracts and sales paperwork Maintaining accurate client, buyer and property records within the CRM Assisting with buyer enquiries, database management and follow-up Preparing vendor reports and supporting ongoing seller communication Tracking sales campaigns, offers, contract conditions and settlements Liaising with solicitors, conveyancers, trades and other service providers Monitoring deadlines, prioritising tasks and following up outstanding items Assisting with prospecting, lead follow-up and business development activities Providing leadership and day-to-day support to the wider sales administration team About You To be successful in this role, you will have: A current QLD Real Estate Licence A current Driver's Licence Previous real estate sales experience (highly regarded) Exceptional organisational and time management skills The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills A proactive approach with strong attention to detail The ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team About Us We are a well-established and high-performing real estate business committed to delivering exceptional service and outstanding results.
