The Role Our client is seeking a talented Public Law Lawyer from 1 year PQE onwards to join our expanding Sydney practice.
Key Responsibilities: Advisory: Providing clear statutory interpretation and administrative law advice.
Litigation: Assisting with judicial review proceedings and merits review matters.
Regulation: Advising on government governance, probity, and regulatory compliance.
Drafting: Preparing high-quality legal advice, submissions,



and court documents such as pleadings and affidavits.
About You Experience: 1+ years of post-qualification experience in public or administrative.
Background: Experience within a reputable private practice or a government legal department or experience from the ART or Federal Circuit Court will be highly regarded.
Skills: Strong analytical, legal research, and drafting capabilities.
Attitude: A proactive, team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.
