As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a motivated and organised Full time Serviced Apartment Manager to join our Adelaide office.
About the Role This is a hands-on operational role responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of our serviced apartment portfolio.
You will work closely with guests, housekeeping contractors, maintenance providers and the management team to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless stay.
This position is ideal for someone with a background in serviced apartments, hotels, short-term accommodation, or property management who enjoys delivering exceptional guest experiences.
You will thrive in this role if you are highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities ·Manage the daily operations of serviced apartments across Adelaide.
·Coordinate guest check-ins, check-outs and booking enquiries.
·Manage reservations across online booking platforms.
·Respond promptly to guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
·Coordinate housekeeping schedules and conduct quality inspections.
·Liaise with maintenance team to arrange repairs with contractors.
·Monitor apartment presentation, cleanliness and compliance with company standards.




·Overseeing inventory management including linen, amenities and supplies.
·Monitor occupancy, pricing and booking performance.
·Coordinating with accounting team to monitor budgets, control expenses, and maintain accurate financial and operational records.
·Prepare operational reports and recommend service improvements.
·Conduct staff training, ensure adherence to service standards and procedures and build a positive and productive team culture ·Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accommodation regulations.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have: ·Minimum 2-3 years of experience in serviced apartments, hotels, short-term accommodation or property management.
·At least a bachelor's degree ·Excellent customer service and communication skills.
·Strong organisational and time management abilities.
·Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
·High attention to detail.
·Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online booking systems.
·Experience with Airbnb, ***********, Expedia, or similar property management systems will be highly regarded.
