Central Highlands Regional Council is dedicated to developing their people, as a result we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer who is customer focused and proactive to join the team based in Emerald.
In this role you will undertake a range of customer service, administration and operational functions associated with the day to day running of the Emerald office.

In this role, you daily tasks will include: Providing exceptional customer service whilst assisting with a wide range of enquiries Undertake financial transactions, cash handling, receipting and banking processes Receiving customer request and delegating to relevant internal parties for actioning Completing a diverse range of administration tasks To be considered for this opportunity, you will need: A vibrant and dedicated approach to customer service Previous administration experience Great time management skills whilst juggle competing priorities Exceptional organisational skills with a proactive approach to tasks Ability to answer and respond to high call volumes Current QLD Drivers Licence In this position you will enjoying working with a highly collaborative team and be supported by a leadership team who will empower you to succeed.
