Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a diverse and seasonal menu that reflects our culinary vision.
Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
Manage inventory, ordering,



and cost control to maintain profitability.
Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Chef.
Eligible for working holiday visa.
Strong culinary skills with a passion for creative cuisine.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
