This is a senior mandate for someone who has already proven themselves in complex, multi-segment environments and is ready to build and lead a modern, high-performing TA operating model, with genuine executive visibility and commercial accountability.
The Role Direct and lead a segmented national recruitment operating model spanning frontline (blue-collar), qualified and leadership hiring, each with its own service standards and governance Build proactive talent pipelines and a compelling employer brand that reduce reliance on 3rd party providers Take full ownership of a significant annual vendor and technology budget, driving measurable improvements in cost, speed and quality Act as a trusted advisor to the ELT and General Managers on workforce strategy, market conditions and risk Lead recruitment for the organisation's most strategic and senior appointments Build and develop a team of talent acquisition specialists, establishing strong operating rhythms and a high-performance culture Bring rigour to compliance and governance across the Fair Work Act,
