Project Manager 2XM Recruit is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established commercial plumbing contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across WA.
Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of secured work, they're looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager with a strong plumbing background to join the team.
This is an opportunity to step into a long-term role where you'll manage a variety of commercial construction projects from start to finish, supported by experienced trades, solid systems, and a collaborative team.

Your responsibilities will include: Managing projects from award through to completion and handover Coordinating trades, subcontractors, apprentices, and suppliers Reading and interpreting hydraulic drawings and specifications Managing RFIs,



technical queries, quotations, and project variations Monitoring budgets, costs, margins, and project performance Running site meetings and maintaining solid relationships with clients and head contractors Coordinating procurement, materials, and project scheduling Ensuring quality, safety, and compliance across all projects Mentoring site teams and driving successful project outcomes About You To be successful in this role, you'll have: Minimum 2 years' experience in a Project Manager, Site Manager or Supervisory role within commercial plumbing or construction Current WA Plumbing Tradesperson Licence Experience managing project budgets, costs, and variations Ability to read and interpret hydraulic drawings and specifications White Card Current C-Class Driver's Licence If you would like to discuss the role further, please click APPLY and send through an up-to date CV.
