Position Overview We're looking for an experienced environmental consultant with a proven track record of leading projects, building client relationships, and mentoring teams.
You'll combine technical expertise with commercial acumen, helping deliver high-quality environmental outcomes while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities Experience delivering Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), Environmental Authorities (EA), approvals and environmental approvals pathways.
Build and maintain strong client partnerships while supporting business growth and current project opportunities.
Apply technical expertise across Queensland and Commonwealth environmental legislation and approval processes.
Drive project outcomes through effective management of budgets, timelines, and specialist consultants.




Support team growth through mentoring, coaching, and developing environmental professional About You Minimum 8 years' experience in environmental consulting or a related field Mandatory experience in the resources sector - mining, metals, oil and gas, or petroleum Strong knowledge of Queensland environmental legislation, including EAs, DAs, EPBC referrals, and EMPs.
Proven business development capability, including cold outreach to new clients Experience leading or mentoring junior environmental staff Strong communication with stakeholders, clients and regulators.
