We are working with a highly regarded boutique law firm seeking a Commercial Lawyer to join their growing team.

The role will have a strong focus on commercial leasing and sale and purchase of business transactions, with the opportunity to work across a broad range of commercial matters.
You will work closely with experienced lawyers on interesting and complex files, with exposure to a diverse client base including business owners and high-net-worth individuals.

You will have the flexibility to work autonomously while still having access to experienced practitioners for guidance, mentoring and collaboration.
The Opportunity: Manage a variety of commercial matters including leasing and business sale/purchase transactions Work closely with experienced Partners and senior practitioners Develop your technical skills across a broad range of commercial areas Opportunity to gain exposure to additional practice areas including property, wills estates and litigation (if of interest)



Take ownership of matters while receiving support when needed Work within a close-knit team that values collaboration and long-term relationships About You: 2+ years PQE with experience in commercial law Experience in commercial leasing and/or business transactions highly regarded A proactive and commercially minded lawyer who enjoys client interaction Someone who values working in a supportive, team-focused environment Solid communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships A lawyer who is ambitious and interested in long-term career development Why Join?
