The Role We are looking for an Administration Officer to work closely with our Administration and Corporate Services Team.
Customer Service (Including all incoming and outgoing calls) Student Management and data entry Assisting learners through the enrolment process including collection of paperwork and evidence Support trainers with student enquiries Assistance with uploading content and resources to our Learning Management System Ordering of training resources for schools and trainers Provide overall administration support to training team Other duties as required About You RTO experience is ideal but not essential.




Experience within Business Administration Strong communication and customer service skills Strong computer skills High attention to detail Able to problem solve and work independently A high level of initiative Why Join Us?
