WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: Are a lawyer admitted to practice in NSW with minimum 4 years (or more) post qualification experience including in:
1) high-end superior court commercial litigation; and/or
2) class actions ; Have solid experience litigating in the higher courts- Federal and Supreme Courts (ESSENTIAL); have strong technical, advocacy, negotiation+ client management skills; set yourself high standards +are driven to obtain the best outcomes for clients; thrive in a team-focused, down-to-earth, collaborative work setting where high performers are valued+ rewarded.
