RESPONSIBILITIES + Assist with the development of seasonal collections from concept through to production Create and update technical CADs, tech packs, and product specifications Prepare garments for fit sessions and document technical feedback Coordinate samples, fabrics, trims, and supplier communication Track products through the development process, ensuring critical path deadlines are met Maintain range plans, product data, and design documentation Support trend research, fabric sourcing, and market analysis Collaborate with Design, Garment Tech, and Production teams to ensure successful product launches REQUIREMENTS + Previous experience in a Design Assistant or similar product role within fashion Strong Adobe Illustrator skills with experience creating technical CADs Understanding of garment construction, fit, and product development Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with suppliers Passion for fashion, trends, and product innovation Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
