Our client is a large and respected community services organisation with a diverse workforce and strong commitment to supporting communities, they are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their People Culture team.
This is an prospect to take ownership of a broad HR portfolio, partnering with leaders across operational and corporate functions to provide practical people solutions and support organisational growth.
The Role Working as part of a collaborative People Culture team, you will provide both strategic and operational HR support across a range of employee lifecycle activities.
This is a true generalist role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, solving complex people challenges and working in a purpose-driven setting.
Key Responsibilities Provide expert advice and support to managers across a broad range of HR matters.
Manage employee relations cases including performance management, grievances, misconduct and workplace investigations.
Coach and support leaders in best-practice people management and employee engagement.
Partner with stakeholders on workforce planning, recruitment and talent initiatives.
Support organisational change initiatives and workforce development activities.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies, procedures and industrial instruments.
Identify workforce risks and provide practical recommendations to improve outcomes.
Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.




Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, development and offboarding.
About You To be successful, you will bring: Previous experience as a Senior HR Advisor, HR Advisor or similar generalist HR position.
Strong employee relations and case management capability.
Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation and contemporary HR practices.
Experience coaching managers and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Strong communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment.
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
