YOUR NEW ROLE Being mentored by top 'who who' IP/TM partners and senior IP practitioners , you will relish the CHALLENGE+ EXPONENTIAL learning acting for top local/international clients in respect of a full spectrum of issues relating to trade marks including: brand selection/protection strategies, searches, registration, prosecution, non-use and licensing, renewals, dispute resolution (oppositions, removal actions, domain name disputes), enforcements advice (infringements, misleading/deceptive conduct) and ongoing portfolio management (including for foreign TMs).
