The Role Manage a diverse disputes caseload, including secured recoveries, banking litigation, insolvency and mortgage enforcement matters.
Draft and prepare a broad range of legal documents, including court pleadings, letters of demand, settlement deeds and briefs to counsel, and appear in court as required.
Work directly with partners on strategic, commercially focused matters while building strong client relationships and supporting junior lawyers.




About You You will ideally have 5+ years' post-admission litigation experience, with exposure to banking litigation, insolvency or recoveries viewed favourably.
You will bring strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal ability and the confidence to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
You will be a proactive team player with strong organisational skills and a genuine desire to contribute to a high-performing practice.
