This role will support a major blue-collar site portfolio and report into a Business Partner, working closely with operational leaders on the ground.
This role is best suited to a resilient, true HR generalist who thrives in heavy-industry operations, where you will be the first point of contact for day‐to‐day people matters.
Key Responsibilities Provide first‐line HR advice across a wide range of employee relations matters Manage ER cases including attendance, performance, conduct and fitness‐for‐work matters Support performance improvement processes and general disciplinary matters Partner with operational leaders to provide practical, balanced HR solutions Coach and upskill leaders who are strong operationally but developing in people leadership Support policy,



process and capability uplift across the site Contribute to recruitment and case review discussions within the broader P C team Ad-hoc site travel required About You Around 3+ years' experience in a HR Advisor or generalist HR role Strong exposure to employee relations in blue‐collar or industrial environments Confident managing day‐to‐day people matters independently Able to assess situations and determine the appropriate approach Resilient, grounded and comfortable working in a hands‐on, site‐based environment What's on Offer Work within an essential, end‐to‐end production environment 1 day WFH Immediate or short-notice period perferred Strong mentoring and support from an experienced HR Leadership Tight‐knit, supportive and down‐to‐earth on‐site team culture Broad exposure to operational HR across a large workforce High‐impact role partnering directly with site leadership If you're a confident HR Advisor who enjoys rolling up your sleeves and partnering closely with operations, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact.
