You will lead teams, through providing clear direction, coaching and support to prepare and serve delicious food and create feel-good customer experiences through every interaction.

Do you have what it takes to join our crew?
Chargrill Charlie 19s Front of House Managers are reliable, determined and responsible. Prior leadership team experience is required for this role, as youll need to be able to lead and delegate tasks to others, whilst also being empathetic with regards to guest complaints and other requirements. An understanding of the hospitality industry along with a proficiency in Microsoft Office will both prove highly helpful in this role. If you love food, are results driven and passionate about leading people and performance in a fast-paced setting.
