Business Development Manager Commercial Building Services This is a role for a true new-business hunter who enjoys opening doors, building trust and turning opportunities into profitable work.
You will own the full sales process, from identifying and qualifying leads through to client meetings, site visits, scoping, quoting, negotiation and handover to operations.
You will be expected to: Generate and convert new business opportunities Build strong relationships with commercial clients Conduct site inspections and understand project requirements Prepare quotes, tenders and solution-based proposals Manage your pipeline, follow-up activity and CRM Work closely with operations to ensure a smooth project handover We are looking for someone who is commercially sharp, resilient and confident operating in a technical,



project-based sales workplace.
Experience within commercial painting, building maintenance, construction services or another technical service environment would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
More importantly, you will have a proven ability to create opportunities, manage longer sales cycles and consistently deliver results.
