HammondCare is seeking experienced Casual Registered Nurses to join our North Turramurra residential aged care team, covering morning, afternoon and night shifts. You will deliver person-centred, relationship-based care focused on comfort and quality of life for residents.
As an RN with current AHPRA registration, you will work collaboratively with the home management and care staff, provide clinical support, mentoring and case management, and use the LeeCare system for documentation.
