The Sydney based Corporate/M&A; team now seeks someone at the
mid solicitor level up to an early-stage SA
. On offer is the chance to work as part of a energetic, highly commercial team headed by partners attuned to the development needs of young lawyers and able to offer a level of training and direct mentorship commonly described as lacking amongst other top-tier firms.
Corporate/M&A;
This Corporate M&A; team is widely regarded as one of the premier Sydney corporate teams. They cover the full gamut of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions (both public and private), joint ventures, capital markets, private equity, and corporate governance.
Position Description
This role will see you working for a number of great partners and you will be exposed to a range of corporate transactions including capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general securities law matters.
You will work with the wider team which includes a talented group of special counsels and senior associates and associates at varying levels. You will also work with your overseas counterparts.
On offer is a competitive remuneration package and potential for overseas secondment opportunities.




Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will have between
3-7 years' corporate experience
from another highly regarded corporate practice in the market.
The partners will consider Australia qualified lawyers looking to return to Sydney from high profile law firms overseas.
