We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented
Claims Manager (Australia)
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing claims processes, supporting customers, and ensuring claims are handled efficiently and professionally.
Manage and oversee insurance claims from submission to resolution.
Review claim details, assess documentation, and ensure accuracy.
Communicate with customers, insurers, and relevant stakeholders throughout the claims process.
Investigate claims and identify potential issues or discrepancies.
Provide timely updates and support to clients regarding claim status.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve claims handling processes.




Must be legally eligible to work in Australia.
Applicants must hold one of the following:
Australian Permanent Resident
Valid Australian Work Visa with full work rights
Applicants holding a Visitor Visa, Tourist Visa, or any visa without work rights are
not eligible
for this position.
Solid communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
