Responsibilities
Participate in the planning and design of TikTok LIVE products, with a focus on interactive features, content ecosystem, and user experience optimization, aiming to enhance the live streaming experience for global users.
Stay up to date with global content trends and user behavior differences, and assist the team in analyzing user needs and supporting product strategy.
Support the development and refinement of data monitoring systems, and take part in user research, A/B testing, and behavioral data analysis to inform product decisions.
Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth product development and high-quality delivery.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree or above in any major, with a strong interest in live streaming, content platforms, or internet products
2. Familiarity with mainstream content platforms
3. Strong logical thinking and product sensitivity, with a passion for observing user behavior and turning insights into product ideas
4. Solid communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
5. Proficiency in English for working in a global environment
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience as a content creator on social or video platforms is a plus
2. Prior experience in data analysis is preferred
