What you will do Lead and inspire a large, high-performing retail team Drive sales, conversion, ATV and key commercial KPIs Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and performance conversations Lead from the front by delivering exceptional customer experiences Create an engaging and energetic store culture Ensure high standards across visual merchandising and store presentation Manage rosters,



operations and day-to-day store performance Identify opportunities to improve results and celebrate team success What you will bring Previous Store Management experience within fashion or specialty retail Experience leading large or high-volume retail environments Strong coaching and people development skills Proven success driving sales and commercial performance A hands-on leadership style with a passion for customer experience High energy, resilience and the ability to thrive in a flagship environment What's in it for you!
