YOUR ROLE As a KEY senior lawyer , reporting to theTeam Leader Senior Solicitor+ being part of a vibrant A+ team, you will love the challenge+ stimulation+ satisfaction of fighting to do justice for your plaintiff clients for all types of personal injury claims including: CTP, public liability, workers compensation/work injury damages, medical negligence, TPD, child sexual abuse .
You will have full-spectrum carriage of your own files-obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, legal research, providing technical legal advice in respect of the viability of the claim, liaising with solicitors and doctors, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.
