Supporting a high performing Lead Agent and Associate, you will take ownership of campaigns from listing through to settlement, ensuring vendors, buyers and the wider team receive a seamless experience every step of the way.
This is a role for someone who enjoys taking initiative, thrives in a quick paced environment and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly.
Duties Manage multiple sales campaigns from listing through to settlement Be the main point of contact for vendors throughout the sales process Coordinate photography, floorplans, marketing, open inspections and campaign launches Prepare contracts,



variations and liaise with conveyancers Keep Agentbox and campaign reporting up to date Manage campaign deadlines and ensure nothing falls through the cracks Support the Lead Agent and Associate with the day-to-day running of the team Ideal candidate Previous experience as a Sales Team Manager, Sales Administrator or EA within residential real estate Confident managing multiple campaigns at once Strong understanding of the residential sales process Highly organised with exceptional communication skills Proactive, takes initiative and enjoys working autonomously Experience with Agentbox (or similar CRM) is highly regarded SA Real Estate Registration or Licence is advantageous Please call Justine Walker on *********** or simply hit APPLY NOW .
