Leading Hand Carpenter ?️ Site Foreman ?️ Site Manager roles are based in the Launceston and Devonport About the Opportunities Qualified Carpenter Residential and/or commercial building works Interpret plans, drawings, and specifications Deliver high‐quality workmanship while maintaining safety standards What we're looking for: Trade qualification in Carpentry Construction White Card Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid Driver's Licence Leading Hand Carpenter Supervise carpentry crews on site Coordinate daily tasks and workflow Support apprentices and liaise with site supervision What we're looking for: Trade‐qualified Carpenter Proven leadership or supervisory experience Robust communication and organisational skills Certificate III in WHS (complete or willingness to undertake) Valid Driver's Licence Construction White Card Site Foreman Manage day‐to‐day site operations Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules Ensure WHS compliance, quality standards, and KPIs are met What we're looking for:
