About the Role: As a Disability Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred care to clients in their own homes—supporting them to live safely, comfortably, and as independently as possible.

Previous experience in aged care, disability, or community support (essential) Strong communication and observational skills A patient, reliable, and compassionate approach Current driver's license and a reliable vehicle (essential) Previous experience in manual handling, hoist and transfers (highly regarded) Role responsibilities: Provide social support and companionship Assist with transport to appointments, shopping, and community activities Deliver personal care with dignity and respect (showering, grooming, dressing) Support clients with domestic tasks and meal preparation Promote independence and enhance quality of life in the home Mandatory Requirements: Current First Aid Certificate Police Check NDIS Worker Screening Check Working with Children Check Full Australian work rights Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
